Haisun Medical Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd
In active response to the global carbon neutrality development goals and in fulfillment of the mission of sustainable green healthcare, our company publicly commits to achieving carbon neutrality for clients, partners, and the general public:
1. Conduct comprehensive carbon accounting and establish a clear net-zero roadmap
Regularly complete greenhouse gas emission accounting for all aspects of factory production, office operations, and warehousing logistics, simultaneously advance carbon management in upstream supply chains, set phased emission reduction targets, steadily progress toward net-zero emissions in operations, and strive to achieve zero-carbon development across the entire product lifecycle by 2050.
II. Prioritize emission reduction at the source and comprehensively lower carbon footprint
Green Energy Upgrade: Continuously expanding photovoltaic facilities in industrial zones to increase the proportion of renewable energy usage and gradually replace traditional high-carbon energy sources;
Low-carbon production transformation: Upgrade energy-saving production equipment, optimize production processes, strictly control water, electricity, and gas resource consumption, and reduce carbon emissions at the production stage;
Environmental Material Selection: Prioritize the procurement of low-carbon, recyclable, and biodegradable medical raw materials to minimize the use of single-use high-carbon consumables;
Green Packaging and Logistics: Utilize recyclable and eco-friendly packaging, optimize transportation plans, and prioritize low-carbon transport methods such as rail and sea shipping.
3. Achieve annual net zero balance by addressing residual emissions in compliance with regulations
For residual greenhouse gas emissions that cannot be reduced after deep energy-saving retrofits, the company will fully offset them by purchasing carbon credit projects certified by internationally recognized authorities and complete the permanent cancellation of carbon credits to ensure annual net emissions reach zero.
4. Co-building a low-carbon supply chain and maintaining transparent, open progress in emission reductions
Incorporate low-carbon management requirements into supplier collaboration standards and jointly advance emission reduction efforts with upstream and downstream partners. Conduct annual third-party carbon verification, proactively disclose carbon reduction progress and carbon footprint-related data, and accept oversight from all stakeholders.
5. Deepening the Concept of Green Operations
Internally, we improved the low-carbon management system and organized training for employees on green production and low-carbon office practices. Externally, we actively promoted the concept of green healthcare, leveraging sustainable manufacturing to drive the industry's low-carbon transformation.
This commitment remains valid for the long term. The company will implement corresponding emission reduction measures, regularly update implementation results, and earnestly fulfill its responsibilities in green development.
